Rates 2020

DAILY RATES PER APARTMENT

Euro 75,00 (plus and extra charge for heating in winter period)

Daily rates valid only in low and mid season, 2 nights minimum stay.

WEEKLY RATES PER APARTMENT

  • High Season – Euro 800  (30/06 – 10/09)
  • Mid Season – Euro 600 ( 31/03 – 29/06 ; 11/09 – 25/10 )
  • Low Season – Euro 450 (07/01 – 30/03 ;  26/10 – 21/12 )

High season, 7 nights minimum stay, arrival and departure from saturday to saturday.

The whole house can be rent as a unique property. Contact us to get a free custom quotation.

Booking procedure

We require an anticipate payment of 50% of the total. (Payment methods accepted bank wire transfer or Paypal).

Remaining balance is due on cash within 48 hours from the arrival.

Cancellation policy

No penalties for cancellation within 90 days before the established arrival.

Cancellation from 90 to 30 days, 25% of the total amount penalty is due

Cancellation within 30 days, 50% of the total amount penalty is due
